March against foreigners in Johannesburg

An unsigned document yesterday trended on social media of a planned march against illegal foreigners in
Johannesburg.
The march that is scheduled for 24 February will begin at 11am.
It will begin at Corner Visagie and Paul Kruger (at City Hall).
The organizers, who have put their contacts, are Mamelodi Concerned Citizens and the point persons are Oupa Mtshweni, Dusty and Makgoka.
Topping the list of their disgruntlement is the fact White South Africa ns prefer to give jobs to Zimbabweans at the expense of locals.

Read part of the document, “Why is Government giving asylum seeker status to Nigeria ns, Zimbabweans and Pakistanis. Is there war in Zimbabwe ? Is there war in Nigeria ? Unemployment is at 34% in South Africa , so when they do not get jobs what do you expect them to do except to turn into criminals.”
The organizer went on to cite Cash Crusaders, Nandos and Spurs as preferring companies preferring to employ Zimbabwe ans.
They also argued that foreigners, especially Nigeria ns, are well known drug peddlers who have destroyed the moral fibre.
“Nigeria ns, Pakistanis, Zimbabwe ans bring nothing but destruction: hijack our buildings, sell drugs, inject young South Africa n ladies with drugs and sell them as prostitutes, How is that helping us?” questioned the document as a parting shot.
This puts pressure on illegal foreigners who were late last year asked by
Johannesburg mayor Herman Mashaba to leave his city
This raises fear of xenophobic attacks that have seasonally engulfed the rainbow nation.
